What are the Red Flags in the Synonym Feedback for?

Learn how to help us teach the machine!

Once you've started editing content in the Atomic Reach writing environment (for details on how to do this check out this article) you may notice the little red flags next to the suggested synonyms:

red flags

These flags allow you to instantaneously provide us with feedback on a word suggestion that you might not agree with.

Sometimes recommendations don't make sense in the context of what you're trying to say. In this case, feel free to disregard the suggestion and forge ahead with your other edits!

Occasionally recommendations don't make sense in any context at all. Language is beautifully complex and we are continuously working to improve our recommendations engine.

If you see a word suggestion that you think we should review, you can click on this little red flag which will send it to the Atomic Reach team for evalutation. If we deem it a poor recommendation we will update the platform to know better for next time!
